Becker Farms & Vizcarra Vineyards will be one of the awardees at the Niagara USA Chamber's annual Chamber Honors Gala on March 18 at the Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel Event Center.
This annual dinner recognizes the businesses and business leaders that have made a positive impact in the Niagara region. The Gasport farm and winery will be awarded the "Industry Insider" award. This year’s other awardees include Frank Strangio, Business Person of the Year; Clothes Mentor/ Platos Closet, Business of the Year; Fichte Endl & Elmer Eyecare, Groundbreaking Award; Catherine Braniecki, Father Joseph L. Levesque Award for Community Advocacy; and North American Hoganas, Green Manufacturing Award sponsored by National Grid.
“Every year it gives me great pleasure to announce the honorees, to showcase their accomplishments, and highlight their unique stories of how they began their journeys. Each of these awardees has a profound effect on their communities through their commitment to building stronger businesses and taking active roles in various community initiatives,” said Chamber President and CEO Deanna Alterio Brennen.
The event begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception followed by a sit down dinner and award ceremony at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $125 for members and $150 for non-members.
