TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 42-year-old Lockport man was charged with petit larceny after he failed to charge a customer for their purchase at Walmart, according to New York State Police.
Troopers arrested Juan A. Rosario today for failing to charge a customer $62.48 for photos, according to a report from NYSP.
Rosario was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
