TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 21-year-old Lockport man was charged Wednesday with aggravated DWI following a traffic stop on South Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Nicholas J. Kowalski was stopped for speeding and found to be intoxicated. Troopers say he had a .18 blood alcohol level. He was also ticketed for driving without a valid inspection sticker.
Kowalski was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
