TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A Dogwood Drive man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that someone recently entered his Florida room and stole three garbage bags filled with empty pop cans and a flashlight.
The man said the theft occurred sometime between 11 p.m. Nov. 28 and noon Nov. 29. He believes entry was made through an unlocked rear man door which was previously broken. He said he didn't hear anything or notice any suspicious activity overnight.
Patrol did not observe any physical evidence left behind at the scene and a suspect is unknown at this time.
