ALBION -- A 50-year-old Middleport man was charged Wednesday with petit larceny, accused of stealing a package from a mailbox.
According to New York State Police, Thomas A. Knight took a package from a mailbox while he was delivering newspapers. The package contained an Abercrombie jacket worth $100.
Knight was processed at SP Albion and issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Albion Court for Wednesday.
