TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A Lincoln Avenue man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that sometime late Sunday or early Monday, someone deflated two tires on his truck.
The man said he has had issues with other tenants in the apartment building but did not wish to give patrol any further information.
There were no witnesses and a suspect is unknown at this time.
