PENDLETON -- A 47-year-old Lockport man stopped for speeding on Campbell Boulevard on Tuesday is facing DWI charges from the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
According to the NCSO report, James F. Kydd, 4129 Johnson Road, was traveling northbound around 8:27 p.m. when patrol initiated the traffic stop in the area of 6000 Campbell Blvd.
Kydd was determined to be intoxicated, which a chemical test confirmed. His blood alcohol content was .18 percent, police say.
He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Pendleton Court Tuesday.
