TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A Lake Avenue man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that someone entered his unlocked car between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. Wednesday, stealing about $2 in loose change.
The complainant said the suspect also went through his glove box but didn't take anything aside from the coins.
The man told patrol that a neighbor also had their car gone through but didn't wish to file a report.
Patrol advised the man and his wife to always keep their vehicles locked at all times when not in use and to report any suspicious activity to police.
