NEWFANE -- A Lockport-Olcott Road woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Monday that someone had taken her New York benefits card and used it without her permission.
The woman said there was $97 charged to the benefit card at an unknown location. What was purchased was also unknown. She also said the PIN had been changed.
Patrol told her to check any existing credit cards in her name for any suspicious activity.
Case is closed pending new information.

"Someone" stole her card and used it without her permission...how did that "someone" know her PIN? Polygraph her and go from there.....
