Mary Lou Converso of Newfane, NY wife of Nicholas J. Converso Sr. entered into rest Sunday, November 15, 2015 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport, NY.
She was born in Barker, NY May 23, 1930, the daughter of the late Nicholas Reinhardt and Clara Schryver Reinhardt. Mary Lou married Nicholas September 13, 1952. They moved to Newfane, NY from Lockport in 1954. She worked for Harrison Radiator for 28 years, retiring in 1992. Member of St. Brendan on the Lake (St. Bridget's Site) Ewings Road Newfane, NY and #686 Travel Club. Mary Lou also enjoyed line dancing.
Mother of Nicholas J. (Barbara) Converso, Richard Thomas Converso all of Newfane, NY and Joleen (Dave) Miller of Cambria. Sister of Sookie (Jolene) Reinhardt of Ballston Spa, NY and the late Harry, Walter, William, John Reinhardt, Jane Brennan and Clara Reinhardt. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephew.
Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY WEDNESDAY November 18, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated THURSDAY in St. Brendan on the Lake (St. Bridget's Site) at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery. Memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital PO Box 1000 Dept 142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908 or stjude.org/memorial would be appreciated by the family.
