TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 31-year-old Lockport woman was charged today with petit larceny by New York State Police, accused of stealing items from Tops.
According to NYSP, Naomi M. Matthews was detained by Tops Loss Prevention for stealing approximately $60 worth of general merchandise.
She was transported to SP Lockport and issued an appearance ticket to Town of Lockport Court.
