TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 24-year-old Lockport woman was charged Thursday with DWI and found to be at nearly twice the legal limit, according to police.
New York State Troopers charged Tuesday R. Goodband with driving while intoxicated, crossing road hazard markings and and making an improper turn following a traffic stop at South Transit and Robinson roads.
Goodband was transported to SP Lockport for processing which resulted in a blood alcohol content finding of 0.15 percent, almost twice the legal limit. She is to return to Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
