TOWN OF NIAGARA -- New York State Police arrested a 25-year-old Wheatfield man Monday, accused of giving police a false identity.
According to NYSP, Christopher N. Litten was charged with criminal impersonation and use of a portable electronic device after he gave the Trooper his brother’s name who is actively serving in Afghanistan.
Litten was arraigned in the Town of Niagara Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
