TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 45-year-old Lockport man was charged Sunday with fourth-degree criminal mischief after New York State Police say he shattered a glass door at a local auto shop.
Peter G. Vogt, 45, "became angry while getting his vehicle serviced at a local garage. Vogt pushed a commercial door extremely hard causing the glass to shatter and door hinge to break," according to NYSP.
Vogt was transported to the Lockport Troopers' barracks for processing and was issued an appearance ticket for Thursday at Town of Lockport Court.
