Marian E. Eberhart of Newfane, NY wife of the late George F. Eberhart entered into rest on Thursday October 8, 2015 at the Niagara Hospice House.

Marian was born in Lockport, NY on July 6, 1937. Daughter of the late George and Ethel Frank Smith. Marian graduated from Doyle School of Beauty and worked as a beautician in the area for 45 years. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Newfane; Woman’s Fellowship, past board member of the church and belonged to the Appleton Branch of Newfane Auxiliary.

Mother of Jackie (Kevin) Bowes of Lockport, NY and the late James L. Eberhart. Sister of the late Donald H. Smith. Grandmother of Kyle and Samantha Bowes and Hannah Fisher. Daughter in law of the late Florence and Ferdinand Eberhart. Sister in law of Richard (Diane) Eberhart, Robert Eberhart, Carol Heselberger, Joann (Eddie) Seefeldt, Renie (Steve) Gerhardt, Sally (Richard) Loeffert and the late Fritz Heselberger and Dorothy Eberhart. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on SUNDAY 1 – 6PM. Funeral services will be held on MONDAY at 11AM in the 1st Baptist Church of Newfane. 6047 East Ave. Newfane, NY 14108. Burial will be held in Wrights Corners Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to 1st Baptist Church of Newfane or Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Dr. Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
