Lockport police charged a 25-year-old Hawley Street man this morning in conjunction with a bust on what they say was a mobile meth lab on Saturday.
Cody W. Milstead, 477 Hawley St., was charged around 1:31 a.m. with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of methamphetamine and third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Police had stopped a vehicle on Walnut Street early Saturday morning in which Milstead was a passenger. The driver of the vehicle, Justine D. Crawford, also of 477 Hawley St., was arrested at the time, but Milstead was not charged then.
After further investigation, LPD arrested Milstead at his home this morning. He was to be in City Court today.
