A Waterman Street man told Lockport police that someone broke the passenger side window on his vehicle with an unknown object sometime between 1 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Thursday while it was parked on the street. The man said the damage was estimated at $200.
Justin M. Kane, 26, 784 Walnut St., Apt. 3, was charged around 1:27 p.m. Monday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD report, patrol was called to the residence to investigate "a suspicious male involved in drug activity." When they arrived, they found Kane in possession of suspected marijuana and prescription pills which were determined to be Oxycodone. He was arraigned in City Court on Monday.
