Bashawn A. Wright, 22, 605 E. High St., was charged around 12:20 a.m. with disorderly conduct, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, two counts of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and a bicycle equipment violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Wright was stopped for riding his bike in the middle of Erie Street without the use of a headlamp. While being booked, Wright was found to be in possession of marijuana and cocaine. He was also found to be in possession of $448 cash. All were confiscated. Wright is due in City Court Monday morning.

Chelsea L. Caughill, 19, 115 Kenton Rd., Kenmore, was charged around 11:35 p.m. Friday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended registration and no safety glass. According to the LPD report, Caughill was stopped for an equipment violation and found to be driving with a suspended license and registration. She is due in City Court on Oct. 14.

A Tudor Lane man told Lockport police Friday evening that two packages that had been delivered to him on Tuesday had been taken by someone after their confirmed delivery. The packages contained a gold coin and two bottles of cologne with a combined value of $153.29.

Johnnie E. Edmundson, 57, 44 Genesee St., was charged around 4:20 a.m. Friday with second-degree menacing. According to the LPD arrest report, Edmundson had argued with a woman and displayed two kitchen knives while threatening to stab the woman. He was due in City Court Friday.

Peter J. Morello, 25, 97 Ransom St., Lower Rear Apt., was charged around 9:06 p.m. Thursday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Morello was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Monday morning.
