BUFFALO — Jack Eichel led the Buffalo Sabres to overtime victory tonight over the Boston Bruins in the Prospects Challenge tournament.

The Sabres prospects trailed 2-0 after the first period but scored three in a row — including Eichel's overtime winner — to give the Sabres a perfect record in the three-team tourney.

Frank Vatrano opened the scoring for the Bruins on the power play, assisted by Austin Czarnik and Linus Arnesson. Arnesson followed up with a power play goal of his own, assisted by Czarnik.

Vaclav Karabacek brought the Sabres to within one in the second period, assisted by David Henley and Cason Hohmann. Then in the third, Brycen Martin tied it on the power play with assists by Eichel and Jake McCabe.

Finally, Eichel iced it in overtime on an unassisted even strength goal.

Video highlights of the game are available at Sabres.com.
