TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 21-year-old Cheektowaga woman was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday after New York State Police stopped a car she was a passenger in.
According to New York State Police, Valarie J. Coddington was a passenger in a vehicle which had turned to avoid a sobriety checkpoint on State Route 93.
Troopers found her in possession approximately one gram of marihuana and a smoking pipe with marihuana residue, according to the arrest report.
Coddington was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on Thursday.
