Niagara County government is being impacted by a large-scale phone outage across Western New York.
Telephone lines to county government agencies are currently inoperative, however, most county agencies continue to have email access.
Earlier this morning, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office asked those with non-emergency calls to call 433-4482 instead of the normal line, due to the outage. 911 services still function.
More information will be released as soon as it becomes available or service is restored.
