He was born in Lockport, NY on March 8, 1949. Son of the late Thomas and Helen Tobin and brother of Thomas (Catherine) Tobin, and Katherine (James) Demarco. Father of Virginia (Samuel) Pasceri of Lockport NY, Richard (Shaunna) Tobin of Greensboro NC, Brigid (Alan) Dillman of Lockport NY and grandfather of Dominic Pasceri, Sarah Pasceri, Cameron Tobin, Asher Tobin and Elise Tobin. Mike also leaves behind his beloved companion, Cathy Case and her family as well as numerous friends and loved.

Family and friends may call at the Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street Lockport, NY on Sunday 4-7pm where a service will follow at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
