Police aren't releasing many details but have confirmed that one person was arrested following a 4:30 a.m. traffic stop and they are investigating the van as a possible mobile drug lab.
Walnut Street is closed to traffic from Erie Street to Cave Street and motorists are asked to find an alternate route around the police scene.
