TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 47-year-old Lockport woman was charged Monday with DWI after being stopped by New York State Troopers.
According to the NYSP arrest report, Margaret M. Jones was seen moving from her lane unsafely and failed to use signal. When she was interviewed, Troopers detected a strong odor of alcohol and determined her to be intoxicated. She was then found to have a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at the Lockport Troopers barracks.
Jones was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change and failure to use signal and ordered to appear in Town of Lockport Court on Monday.
