According to the LPD report, Cheatham offered to sell patrol "several substances." He was found to be in possession of marijuana. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Thomas L. McDowell Jr., 39, 10235 State Road, Lower Apt., Shelby, was charged around 10:30 p.m. Friday with jaywalking. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.

Shaun W. Allen, 34, 6216 Tonawanda Creek Road, Apt. 3, was charged around 10:30 p.m. Friday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a stop sign violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Allen was stopped for the traffic infraction and found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Devan R. Matthews, 25, 274 Washburn St., Apt. 3, was charged around 4:30 p.m. Friday with second-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD arrest report, Matthews damaged seven security cameras at a Washburn Street address, totalling $2,800 in damages. She is due in City Court on Monday.

Donathan L. Alston, 44, 104 Washington St., Apt. 20, was charged around 1 p.m. Friday with second-degree attempted robbery, third-degree assault, and trespassing. According to the LPD arrest report, Alston attacked a city woman, head-butting her and throwing her to the ground. He is due in City Court on Monday.
