Rick A. Williams Jr., 27, 6279 Charlotteville Road, Newfane, was charged around 11:20 p.m. Thursday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and loitering at night. According to the LPD arrest report, Williams was found intoxicated under the pavilion at Altro Park and refused to leave when asked to. He is due in City Court Monday morning.
Joshua D. Cooney, 27, 111 Elmwood Ave., Apt. 3, was charged around 9:15 p.m. Thursday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and a bicycle equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Cooney was riding a bike without a headlight on Washburn Street. When asked by LPD to stop, he instead fled. He is due in City Court Monday morning.
Dillon Smith, 27, 51 Dayton St., was charged around 9:15 p.m. Thursday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD report, Smith was belligerent with police and refused to leave the area as they were arresting another party. He is due in City Court Tuesday afternoon.
Stephanie Sanders, 49, 766 Broadway St., Buffalo, was charged around 4:58 p.m. Thursday with working without a solicitor's permit. The arrest report states that Sanders was going door-to-door selling candy. A records check found that she had been warned against this on Monday. She is to be in City Court on Tuesday afternoon.
