Ryan J. Adkins, 21, 2538 Main Road, Apt. 2B, Corfu, was charged around 10:55 p.m. Monday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Adkins was stopped for not having license plate lights. He was then found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court Wednesday morning.

Katherine C. Barnard, 21, 13 Williams St., Apt. 5, was charged around 8:15 p.m. Monday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a equipment violations. According to the police report, Barnard was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be driving with a suspended license. She is due in City Court Wednesday morning.

Luz M. Nunez, 50, 213 Chapel St., Upper Apt., was charged around 1:30 p.m. Monday with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Nunez grabbed a woman and punched her with a closed fist, then kicked and spit on her. He then threw a rock at the vehicle she was leaving in. He is due in City Court Wednesday.

Shaun C. Baker, 32, 11341 Ramshaw Road., Lyndonville, was charged around 10:53 p.m. Sunday with DWI, driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, a stop sign violation, and driving without valid insurance or registration. According to the LPD report, Baker was stopped for running a stop sign and found to be intoxicated. While police were doing an inventory of the car, they found suspected marijuana. Baker was due in City Court on Monday.

Robert M. Munt, 18, 284 Hawley St., was charged around 9:28 p.m. Sunday with second-degree harassment. According to the police report, Munt got irate with a city woman and pushed her. He then slapped the phone from her hand as she was attempted to call police. He was to be in City Court on Monday.

Timothy D. Clark, 45, 146 Pine St., was charged around 1:10 a.m. Sunday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny. According to the LPD report, Clark took an 18-pack of Budweiser beer from the Park Avenue 7-Eleven without paying for it. “Clark was located a short time later in front of the Niagara Hotel standing next to an 18-pack of Budweiser,” the report said. After being positively identified, a small quantity of cocaine was found on him. He was due in City Court on Monday.

Andrew J. Tatko, 21, 6925 Campbell Blvd., Apt. 3, was charged around 9:12 p.m. Saturday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD report, on Friday, Tatko got into an argument with a city woman that turned physical. He was due in City Court on Monday.

Brandon M. Undercoffer, 24, 7369 Wheeler Road, was charged around 3:55 a.m. Saturday with DWI, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, and traffic violations. According to the arrest report, Undercoffer was stopped for a traffic violation at Pine and Main streets. He was determined to be intoxicated. While he was being booked, police found two Suboxone packages on him. He was due in City Court on Monday.
