Paul W. Pierce, 34, 6557 Lincoln Ave., Apt. E was charged around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree aggravated harassment. According to the LPD report, Pierce threatened on voicemail to kill a city woman. He was to be in City Court on Thursday.

Isaac Drake, 45, 251 Green St., was charged around 9:37 p.m. Wednesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a stop sign violation and a plate display violation. According to the LPD report, Drake was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Lamar R. Proctor, 28, 314 Summit St., Apt. 1, was charged around 8:55 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Proctor punched a city woman on July 29. He turned himself in on Wednesday and was arraigned in City Court.

Benjamin A. Moyer, 21, 5491 Niagara St., Extension; Jeffrey D. Oliver, 21, 78 S. Bristol St., Lower Apt; and Wie X. Chen, 26, 6588 Dysinger Road, Apt. 13; were all charged around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the police report, patrol saw the trio in a parked car on Windsor Street. Oliver was seen smoking marijuana. They are due in City Court on Tuesday.

Rosemary N. Marvin, 26, 205 Lock St., was charged around 6:10 p.m. Tuesday with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. According to the LPD report, Marvin was stopped by patrol on Lock Street and began yelling obseneties at patrol. Advised she was under arrest, she refused to put her hands behind her back and struggled with patrol. She was due in City Court.

Jason S. Garofalo, 24, 226 N. Transit St., Apt. 2, was charged around 1:40 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment and obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree assault. According to the LPD report, Garofalo got into a physical altercation with a city woman early Tuesday morning. He was due in City Court on Wednesday.
