Beverly J. DeVoe of Newfane, formerly of Ogdensburg and Hammond, NY, wife of the late Henry DeVoe entered into rest on Friday September 11, 2015 at Niagara Hospice House Lockport, NY.

She was born in Lisbon, NY on May 23, 1932, daughter of the late Thomas and Jennie Brill Harper. Beverly worked as a secretary at Farm Credit Union in Lockport, NY and as a school bus aide for Ridge Road Express. She enjoyed western music, baking, camping and was a member of Newfane Hospital Appleton branch auxiliary and past member of the Lockport Tee Pee Trippers Camping Club. She loved her cats, Muffin and Tiger.

Mother of Karen DeVoe of Newfane, NY. Sister of the late Marilyn Harrington. Dear friend of Bob and Gerry Sweeney, Ron and Diane Steel, Linda Donahue and Roger Donahue. Also survived by 1 niece.

Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUENRAL HOME, INC.2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on MONDAY 2 – 4 and 7 – 9PM. A funeral service will be held at Newfane United Methodist Church on TUESDAY at 11AM. Burial will be held in Wrights Corners Cemetery.
