East Niagara residents looking to vote in the Sept. 10 primary must register to vote by Friday if they are not already registered.
Voters may register at the Board of Elections office, 111 Main St., Suite 100. Voter registration forms are also available at all post offices, banks, public libraries, town and city halls. The application must be received in person by the board of elections by close of business Friday or, if mailed in, postmarked by Saturday and received by Aug. 21.
Any registered voter who has moved since last voting must file a change of address form by Aug. 21.
