NEWFANE — A 36-year-old Newfane man was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after allegedly punching a truck.
Jason M. Pless is accused of damaging the truck following an altercation at Krull Park in Olcott on Aug. 3.
He was arrested by New York State Police on Sunday and arraigned in Newfane Court, where he was also issued an order of protection to stay away from the victim. He was scheduled to re-appear in Newfane Court on Tuesday.
