A sign was stolen from in front of the Davison Road Inn on Tuesday. The sign, which read “Patio’s Open” is valued at $240.

Dion D. Cheatham, 41, 108 Starr St., was charged around 2:30 p.m. Monday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree possession of marijuana. According to the LPD report, Cheatham had a physical altercation with a city woman. When he was found later, he was in possession of marijuana. He was due in City Court this morning.
