Several charges were levied against a 21-year-old Lockport man this morning after completion of a sex offense investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
According to NCSO, Craig R. Mullett was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree strangulation, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
He was arraigned at the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to the Niagara County Correctional Facility with bail being set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on Thursday.
