The National Weather Service calls for sunny skies in East Niagara today with a high near 83 — perfect weather for the Taste of Lockport's Guinness World Records attempt this afternoon. Overnight, it will be mostly clear with a low around 63.
Monday, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms with a high near 85 and a low of around 68. Tuesday offers more possible showers and thunderstorms with a high near 83 and a low around 62. Wednesday, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms again with a high near 75 and a low of around 60.
Thursday, more showers and thunderstorms are possible with a high near 79 and a low of around 61. Friday looks to be partly sunny with a high near 80 and a low of around 63. Saturday: Mostly sunny with a high near 80.
