The Lockport Common Council will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall to allow Mayor Anne McCaffrey to enter into an agreement with police and fire retirees.
The meeting, called by McCaffrey and Council President Joe Kibler settles issues regarding retiree healthcare.
The meeting is open to the public.
