ROCHESTER — Richard Oates of Lockpor has enrolled for the 2015-2016 academic year at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Richardt, son of Richard Oates and Wendy Oates, is in the Engineering Exploration - Undeclared program in RIT's Kate Gleason College of Engineering. Richard is a 2015 graduate of Lockport High School. Richard received an RIT Presidential Scholarship and an RIT Computing Medal Scholarship.
