Anne M. Leturgey, 30, 350 Chapel St., right apartment, was charged around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespassing. According to the LPD report, Leturgey was found inside a vacant Phelps Street home without permission of the homeowner. She is due in City Court on Monday.

Devanti A. Sparks, 21, 13 Weld St., was charged around 9:50 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Sparks violated an order of protection on June 23. When police confronted him on it, he refused to cooperate and spit into the face of an LPD officer.

Jared A. Person, 20, 101 Monroe St., was charged around 9:14 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the LPD report, Person violated an order of protection on Tuesday. He turned himself in and was arraigned on Wednesday.

Ellissa N. Harrington, 36, of no permanent address, was charged around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree grand larceny. According to the LPD arrest report, Harrington stole several items from a Waterman Street man in April. The total value of the stolen goods was $3,187. Harrington was to be arraigned on Wednesday.

Kristy A. Tiedemann, 39, 16 Adam St., was charged around 7:25 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Tiedemann threatened an Adam Street woman. She was charged and held on $250 bail and due in City Court on Wednesday.

Jacqueline P. Stewart, 34, 251 East Ave., upper apartment, was charged around 6:25 a.m. Tuesday with petit larceny. According to the arrest report, Stewart had taken a $100 deposit for a washer that she had listed on Niagara County Yard Sale on Facebook. When the buyer attempted to contact her for pickup of the item, however, she could not be located. She was arraigned in City Court on Wednesday.

Franklin D. Tester Jr., 52, 23 Hill St., was charged around 7:20 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Tester got into a verbal argument with a woman then pushed her to the ground. He was to be arraigned in City Court on Wednesday.
