Daquan T. McDougald, 20, of no permanent address, was charged around 7:50 p.m. with second-degree criminal impersonation. According to the LPD report, police responded to a reported fight, where they interviewed McDougald. He gave a different name, though. He eventually gave police his real name, revealing that he had an active warrant from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. He was turned over to NCSO.

Jonathan S. Harper, 40, 30 Corinthia St., was charged around 12:22 p.m. Thursday with trespassing. According to the LPD report, Harper refused to leave the waiting area outside LPD’s records room after being told that the office was closed for the holiday weekend. He is slated to be in court Tuesday morning.

Kelly M. Wells, 31, 277 Washington St., was charged around 10:30 p.m. Thursday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree harassment, and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to arrest report, LPD responded to Wells’ address for a report of a disturbance. When they arrived, Wells and a male were fighting over a plastic bag containing what proved to be cocaine. The report further states that Wells was doing the drugs and the male party took them from her to prevent her from doing so. During the fight, Wells injured the male. She was arraigned in City Court.

Rory J. Styres, 47, 80 Genesee St., Apt. 4, was charged around 4:04 p.m. Thursday with second-degree contempt. According to the LPD report, Styres violated an order of protection.
