Kimberly A. Gray, 40, 6035 S. Transit Road, lot 443, was charged around 10:52 p.m. Friday with DWI, no inspection, and having an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Gray had entered the 7-Eleven on Park Avenue and caused a disturbance. When police arrived, they found her sitting in the driver’s seat of her car with the motor running. She was determined to be intoxicated. There was also an open container of Four-Loko in the vehicle. Gray was also charged with second-degree aggravated harassment while being booked at LPD due to a complaint made Monday, alleging she has been harassing a city woman. Gray is due in City Court on Monday for both incidents.

Brittany M. Carson, 20, 266 South St., was charged around 11:10 p.m. Thursday with parking violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, patrol had been called to Ashley Place for a report of people gambling in the street. When patrol arrived, a crowd disbursed. Patrol stopped a vehicle that had left the scene and found that Carson was driving with a suspended license. She is due in City Court on Monday.
