Matthew A. Woodruff, 29, 11 Blackley Court, upper apartment, was charged around 1 a.m. with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a speeding violation and two stop sign violations. According to the LPD report, Woodruff was seen committing traffic violations and found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Wednesday.
Christopher J. Puff Jr., 25, 114 LaGrange St., Apt. 2, was charged around 12:05 a.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a stop sign violation and failure to notify the DMV of an address change. According to the police report, Puff was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Wednesday.
Robert C. Martinez, 399 Mill St., was charged around 4:45 a.m. with third-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD report, Martinez used a road sign to smash the rear windshield of a car belonging to an acquaintance. He was due in City Court this morning.
Norbert G. Koller, 69, 144 Breezewood Commons, East Amherst, was charged around 4:23 p.m. Sunday with DWI, aggravated DWI, and a mobile phone violation. According to the LPD report, patrol was dispatched to Beattie Avenue for a report of a car that had crashed into a utility pole. When police got there, they found Koller to be intoxicated.
