The Lockport Rampage 14-8 loss to the Nickel City Kings on July 11 has been wiped clean by the Northeastern Football Alliance.
Due to rule violations by the Kings, the game will now be listed as a 2-0 Rampage win, giving the team an unbeaten record, yet again.
Rampage GM Roland Davis said the Kings had used illegal players.
"They had guys they were just handing out jerseys to in the parking lot," Davis said. "They tried to stack themselves up with some of the Celtics players."
The South Buffalo Celtics are arguably the best football team in the area, Davis said. Playing in the Premiere Amateur Football League, they won the league championship in 2014 and made it to the championship the two years prior.
With the loss reversed for the Rampage, they now have a 5-0 record and sit alone atop the Western Division of the NFA. The Kings, meanwhile, get two losses for the rule violation.
"They're pretty angry right now," Davis said. "But we had to do what we had to do to keep the integrity of the league going."
The Rampage's next game is July 25 when they travel to Olean to play the 1-4 Southern Tier Diesel.
