All Saints Parish and The Chapel are collaborating to illuminate the steeple at St. Mary's on Walnut Street from July 3-5 as part of the celebration of Lockport's 150th birthday.

Father Walter Szczesny, pastor of All Saints Parish said the steeple is "symbolic of the rich heritage of the many churches in Lockport."

Jonathan Drake, campus pastor for The Chapel’s Lockport Campus, added, "As part of Lockport’s more recent history, The Chapel is honored to participate in this unique celebration. We wholeheartedly affirm that Lockport can be and should be proud of its rich history – and that Lockport can be and should be hopeful of what is yet to come. The vibrancy of this community continues to demonstrate unity and support for one another, and that makes Lockport’s future look very bright.”
