BUFFALO — The Buffalo Sabres have announced that they will hold a draft party on June 26 at First Niagara Center. Doors open at 6 p.m.
The Sabres are expected to draft Jack Eichel with the second pick of the draft. Eichel has been in Buffalo this weekend for 2015 NHL Scouting Combine, garnering a lot of media attention.
While Eichel is listed as number two on the draft list, he has performed better than number one player Connor McDavid, who is expected to go to Edmonton with the first pick.
