OLCOTT — More than 1,000 brightly colored carnival ducks will fight for duck supremacy this afternoon — while meandering down Eighteenmile Creek to the finish line of the 18th Annual Olcott Duck Race.
There were be prizes, including $100 cash and the opportunity to set off the July 3 fireworks. It's free to watch and only $2 to "rent" a duck.
Proceeds to benefit the Olcott fireworks and other Olcott Beach Community Association events.
Following the duck race, the Stoll Brothers Band will be playing at the community gazebo until 4 p.m.
