Sara M. Kush, 22, 730 Monteagle St., Niagara Falls, was charged around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in City Court. Melissa S. Apolito, 28, 5 Case Ct., Apt. 1, was charged around 9:15 pm. Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Apolito struck a city man on the side of his face, knocking his glasses off then stepping on them. Apolito admitted to both offenses, saying that it was in response to something the man had said to her. She is due in City Court Monday morning.
