Shaun W. Allen, 34, 6216 Tonawanda Creek Road, Apt. 3, was charged around 8:52 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. According to the LPD report, Allen was seen committing a traffic infraction and found to be driving without a valid license. He was due in City Court this morning.
Dillon S. Smith, 23, 16 Adam St., Apt. 1, was charged around 7:10 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a stop sign violation. According to the arrest report, Smith was stopped on Adam Street for “several V&T violations” and found to be driving with a suspended license. The passenger, Alyssa Gardner, 18 Adam St., Right Apt., was charged with third-degree faciliating aggravated unlicensed operation for allowing Smith to use her vehicle knowing he did not have a license. They were both due in City Court this morning.
