Allison M. Frank, 23, 17 Randolph St., Lancaster, was charged around 12:31 a.m. Sunday with DWI and speeding. According to the LPD arrest report, Frank was seen committing a traffic infraction and found to be intoxicated. Patrol found a multi-colored glass pipe with burnt residue in it in the vehicle. Additional charges are pending. Frank was scheduled to appear in City Court.

Jodi L. Fisher, 43, 204 High St., was charged with DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, improper right turn and failure to keep right around 12:10 a.m. Sunday. According to the LPD report, Fisher was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be intoxicated. She was due to be in City Court this morning.

Maria C. Torres, 27, 311 Michigan St., Apt. D, was charged around 11:11 p.m. Saturday with aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation. According to the report filed, she was stopped for the equipment violation and found to be driving with a suspended license. She was due in City Court this morning.

Thomas D.L. George, 21, 715 7th St., Niagara Falls, was charged around 9 p.m. Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic infraction. According to the LPD report, George was stopped at a DWI checkpoint and found to be in possession of marijuana. He is due in City Court.

Daniel Reale, 57, 51 Genesee St., Apt. 3, was charged around 8:30 p.m. Saturday with petit larceny. According to the arrest report, Reale took a can of Mike’s Hard Lemonade, a can of Molson Canadian and a box of TGI Friday chicken wings from 7-Eleven, 1 Park Ave., without paying. He was to be in City Court this morning.

Dustin W. Martin, 29, 2419 Orleans Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged around 4:42 p.m. Friday with fifth-degree possession of marijuana. According to the LPD report, Martin was stopped for a traffic infraction on Saxton Street and found to be in possession of marijuana. Police also confiscated $134 from Martin. He was due in City Court this morning.

Kentrel C. Thompson, 27, 165 Passaic Ave., Apt. A, was charged around 3:31 p.m. Friday with DWI, speeding, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, tinted windows and having an open container in a moving vehicle. According to the LPD report, Thompson was stopped for speeding on Main Street and found to be intoxicated. He was slated for City Court this morning.
