Andrew. J. Patterson, 25, no permanent address, was charged around 11:12 a.m. Wednesday with third-degree assault and third-degree menacing. According to the LPD police report, on April 29, Patterson assaulted a Medina woman in the City of Lockport. He was found in Tonawanda on Wednesday and charged. He was arraigned in City Court on Wednesday.
