Grant funds are available for home repair through Niagara Community Action Program, Inc. to qualified rural Niagara County residents who own their own homes and reside in one of the 12 towns in Niagara County.
Home repairs can include gutters, downspouts, roofs, furnaces, hot water tanks, chimneys/foundations, porch repairs, replacement doors and windows, electrical, plumbing and accessibility modifications such as ramps, lifts, etc. The scope of the work and amount of financial assistance will be determined by an inspection of the home. Homeowners must meet certain income eligibility guidelines and other program criteria. Income guidelines vary depending upon the grant-funding source.
