RAPIDS — An 18-year-old Getzville man was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a Rapids Road traffic stop on Tuesday.
Mark B. Ryszkiewicz was found to be in possession of approximately 8 grams of "concentrated cannabis and a glass smoking device containing cannabis residue" after he was stopped for speeding, accoridng to New York State Police.
Ryszkiewicz was transported to SP Lockport for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket and a uniform traffic ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on June 25.
